The firm Mack produces about $165 million in revenue and has increased its focus on land-use legal issues over the past year, according to a company press release.

A banker by profession, the Fort Myers resident retired last year following 18 years congressional service, including 12 years as senator and six as a U.S. representative. He retired as chairman of the Senate Joint Economic Committee and served on the Finance and Senate Banking and Housing and Urban Affairs committees.
