Partminer Inc.of Melville, NY has leased an 89,000-sf warehouse in the Carver Business Center at 860 W. Carver Rd. in Tempe. The warehouse is just north of growing high-tech corridor in south Tempe and Chandler. Major high-tech residents include Intel Corp., Motorola and Microchip.
The warehouse, just northwest of the northwest corner of Warner and Kyrene roads, has access to a rail line, which runs adjacent to the site.
The largest electronic component distributor in North American, Avnet, is headquartered in Phoenix and has a major distribution operation in Chandler.
The five-year lease has a consideration of $1.9 million.
The warehouse is owned by the Principal Life Insurance Company of Tempe.
The Phoenix office of CB Richard Ellis, with brokers Pete Wentis, Greg White and Kevin Cosca, represented the owner, while brokers Bill Bayless and Tom Louer negotiated for Partminer.
