The park, which will contain a total of 566,180 sf of office space, includes a multiple fiber optic and electrical service infrastructure to increase the telecommunications capabilities for tenants. Campus office buildings, ranging from 140,000 to 170,000 sf, will be four to six stories tall, with typical floor plates of approximately 29,000 sf.

Other features include nine-foot ceilings and four parking spaces per 1,000 square feet. Dulles Technology Center's major tenants include Cisco Systems, Litton/TASC, BAAN Software, Net2000, National Park Service and MRL Focus.

"The preserve is a unique project for the Reston/Herndon marketplace," says Rob Faktorow, Insignia/ESG's executive director, noting the park's permanent wooded preservation area, which makes up 22 acres of the site's 34 acres. "The Peterson Companies has found a way to protect the natural beauty of the site."
