Cendant franchises Super 8 hotels, as well as a number of other hotel chains. Cendant has selected the Longmont Super 8 based on its performance in quarterly inspections and guest comments. All Super 8 properties are inspected and evaluated based on guest satisfaction, cleanliness and conditions.
Aurora, CO-based Stonebridge Cos. has owned and managed the hotel since 1994. "This ranking is a true reflection of the pride and professionalism demonstrated by general manager Jacki Hiatt and her staff," says Stonebridge Cos.' founder and principal Navin C. Dimond.
Stonebridge is the largest developer-owner of hotels based in Colorado, according to the Hotel Business magazine, a trade journal. The Longmont Super 8 is located north of Denver at Interstate 25 and Colorado 119.
In addition to Super 8, Stonebridge holds operating licenses for Choice, Hilton, Bass Hotels, Marriott and Radisson. Property brands include Comfort Suites, Fairfield Inn by Marriott, Hampton Suites, Hilton Garden Inn, Holiday Inn Express, Radisson and SpringHill Suites by Marriott. With more than 3,000 rooms, Stonebridge Cos. is one of the nation's largest owners and developers of hotels.
