Snyder Langston, one of the Southland's largest construction companies, will build a 175,000-sf warehouse and logistics management facility for Wilson Income Properties. The build-to-suit is being designed for the Las Vegas-Los Angeles Express trucking company.
The complex will be constructed on a 14-acre parcel at the corner of Cucamonga Avenue and Belmont Street. The two-building project will feature an automated sort and segregation center and an administrative office facility. It will include a 165,000-sf distribution building, with a 30-ft ceiling, and a 10,000-sf maintenance building.
The development will be constructed using the tilt-up building process. The project is being designed by CAA Architects.
