Irvine Industrial Facility Fetches $7.8 Mil

ORANGE COUNTY, CA-A company that refurbishes and resells computers and related equipment has purchased a 70,072-sf warehouse and distribution complex. The deal reflects strong property demand from small and mid-sized space users.

ORANGE COUNTY,CA-A warehouse and distribution facility in Irvine has been sold for more than $7.8 million, the latest in a string of OC transactions involving small or mid-sized industrial projects.

The 70,072-sf building stands at 19 Morgan. It has been acquired by Pacific Business Systems, a reseller of Apple computers, peripherals and other computer-related products. The company is relocating from smaller quarters not far away.

Pacific Business Systems was represented by a CB Richard Ellis team of Newport Beach brokers that included Chip Wright, Jeff Carr and Linda Barden. The seller, a private partnership known simply as Morgan LLC, was represented by Trent Walker of Voit Commercial Brokerage.
