Orange County Partnership Elects Three New Board Members

GOSHEN, NY-While the organization continues its nationwide search for a new president, the Orange County Partnership reports that it has elected three new board directors to replace those whose terms have expired.

GOSHEN, NY-The Orange County Partnership announces the election of three new board members to replace those whose terms have expired. The new board members are: Thomas McCarron, municipal banking specialist and assistant vice president of Hudson United Bank in Port Jervis; Anne Moss, executive director of the newly organized Community Foundation of Orange County and Virginia Silver, facilities manager for International Paper’s Corporate Research Center in Tuxedo.

The partnership, which is currently conducting a nationwide search to replace its outgoing President Ann Barber who announced her pending retirement a few weeks ago, also elected its officers for 2001. Robert Hannan, senior vice president of the Mid-Hudson Commercial Banking Division of The Bank of New York, was re-elected as chairman. Lou Heimbach, chairman, president and CEO of Sterling Forest LLC will serve once again as vice chairman, while Judith Hoffman will remain Second Vice Chairman.
