Ahaza Systems and Indaba Communications will occupy the 50,000-sf, three-story Canal View building. CapitalStream is the sole tenant for the entire 55,000-sf four-story Evanston building. While Quadrant would not discuss the details of the leases, OfficeSpace.com (Seattle) has space in the buildings listed for between $26/sf and $28/sf gross. The two buildings are owned by Seattle-based Limpopo Properties.
Scheduled for late summer completion are buildings five and six, the 125,000-sf Park View and the 60,000-sf Waterside Buildings. The only retail to be included in the campus is 10,000 sf in the four-story Park View building, which has not yet been leased.
The Waterside building will be occupied by Getty Images Inc., a provider of e-commerce imagery and related products. More than 400 employees will be relocated to the two buildings –its new world headquarters.
