But the company's 280 employees didn't move far, taking space just down the street from its 37,000-sf office in the Westmoor Business Park in Westminster, a suburb between Denver and Boulder. Its new building is at 10955 Westmoor Dr.

"This brand-new facility provides us with the space and resources needed to continue hiring the most qualified and talented people from Colorado and around the world," says Louis Faust III, CEO at Requisite Technology, a software developer for Internet catalogs. "We are committed to remaining a part of the Colorado technology and businesscommunity."

Charles Beall, chief strategy officer, says the new headquarters is a state-of-the-art facility, with a "technology infrastructure allowing gigabit to the desktop." Last November, Requisite Technology had secured $30 million in strategic funding from Oracle Corp., SAP AG and three current investors, bringing total its total invested capital to $75 million. However, it recently canceled a plan to go public.
