HomePlace stores at La Plaza Del Norte at 125 N. 410 Loop West and Fiesta Trails Shopping Center at 12651 Vance Jackson have made the "to go" list. Each location is 53,000 sf. DJM Asset Management LLC of Melville, NY is handling the lease dispositions for 38 sites in the 17-state portfolio.

DJM also is marketing 53,895-sf spot at Vista Ridge Plaza in east Lewisville, north of Dallas, and a 51,425-sf location at 600 W. 15th St. in Plano, another Dallas suburb.DJM has set a March 30 bid for the long-term leased sites that crisscross Arizona, Colorado, Georgia, Illinois, Indiana, Oregon, Oklahoma, Maryland, Minnesota, North and South Carolina, New Jersey, New York, Ohio, Tennessee, Pennsylvania and Texas. HomePlace is a soft-goods retailer with 122 stores in 22 states.

According to DJM's Web site, the lease at La Plaza Del Norte expires Jan. 31, 2012, but carries up to a 15-year extension option. The Fiesta Trails lease carries a July 31 expiration, also with a maximum 15-year extension. The Dallas-area leases expire May 30, 2012 at Vista Ridge and Nov. 30, 2011 in Plano.
