San Antonio Losing Two HomePlace Locations

SAN ANTONIO-A New York-based asset disposition firm is hawking HomePlace leased sites at La Plaza Del Norte and Fiesta Trails. Each location is 53,000 sf and is ticketed to go in line with a Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization that has 38 sites in 17 states up for grabs.

SAN ANTONIO-Two HomePlace leased locations in San Antonio are on the market as a result of the chain’s Chapter 11 bankruptcy reorganization.

HomePlace stores at La Plaza Del Norte at 125 N. 410 Loop West and Fiesta Trails Shopping Center at 12651 Vance Jackson have made the “to go” list. Each location is 53,000 sf. DJM Asset Management LLC of Melville, NY is handling the lease dispositions for 38 sites in the 17-state portfolio.
