The physical rehabilitation center has 12 locations in the Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex. Sante Rehabilitation Group is moving out of office space at 10001 W. Euless Blvd.
The new headquarters, which encompasses 8,155 sf, will be in an 11,543-sf office building, owned by Bardin Square Investors. The property has 3,500 sf available with the latest lease signing, Gayle Trim of SCM Real Estate Services tells GlobeSt.com. The building fetches $13 to $14 per sf. SCM's Theron Bryant and Gary Walker have negotiated the transaction.
