Signature Associates President Steven G. Gordon said the Kalamazoo company has been the firm to go to with deals from St. Joseph to Battle Creek. "We have felt very comfortable giving them our good clients," he says.
Ellie Callander, who founded the company in 1993, will join Signature Associates as senior vice president and managing principal of the West Michigan operations. Rob Britigan will become director of property management of the Kalamazoo office. All CWB sales associates and employees will remain with Signature Associates to provide continued local representation and service.
