$4.2-Mil Office Building Sold by Delmar Investors LLC to American Equity Mortgage

ST. LOUIS-A 38,900-sf building is sold in St. Louis, and 8.9 acres changes hands in suburban St. Charles. Scott Saunders and Jim Mosby of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker represented the sellers of the building.

The building at 11933 Westline Industrial Dr. was valued at $4.2 million. It was sold to American Equity Mortgage. Scott Saunders and Jim Mosby of Colliers Turley Martin Tucker negotiated the transaction for Delmar.

Toby Martin and Keith Schneider negotiated the sale of Lot 17 of the Fountain Lakes Commerce Center. The land was sold by MB Properties Inc. to 370 Tech Center LLC.
