The seller is Praedium Centennial Associates LP. The property is located at 4709-4843 Colleyville Blvd., northeast of Ft. Worth, and in a project area that calls for the boulevard to be widened from four to six lanes.
"Village Park Shopping Center benefits from exceptional demographics and is situated at an intersection considered to be irreplaceable within the City of Colleyville," says Ken Shulman, senior vice president and director of Staubach's Investment Sales division. The property currently is 100% occupied. Tenants include Holly's Hallmark, Cigarettes Cheaper, Nationwide Mutual, Ultra Cuts and Prudential.
Shulman has represented Praedium Centennial Associates LP in the sale of the center. Bob Robbins and Coy Quine of Quine & Associates have acted on the buyer's behalf.
