A partnership group headed by Mesa-based Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments purchased a 13-acre parcel at the southeast corner of Arizona Avenue and Elliot Road in Chandler. The partnership plans to build the Pollack Business Park, which will have office and light industrial space.

"Our long-term goal is to maintain ownership of the property and keep it in our own portfolio," says Michael Pollack, company president.

Site planning for the parcel is now under way. A construction schedule has not yet been determined.

With the purchase, Pollack owns three of the four corners of the intersection. Pollack owns a 17-acre parcel at the northeast corner and a retail center at the northwest corner. The intersection is about three miles north of downtown Chandler and three miles east of the newly opened Loop 101 Freeway.

Michael A. Pollack Real Estate Investments owns and operates more than 75 commercial and industrial properties in Arizona, Nevada and California totaling more than 3 million-sf.
