Equity Office Properties scored highest in long-term investment value, management quality and financial soundness. Equity Office Properties was in the top 10 among 535 companies surveyed in long-term investment value. Other areas measured were product and service quality, innovativeness, employee talent, social responsibility and use of corporate assets.
"We feel this is a validation of our efforts to strive for best practices in every area of the company," says Equity Office Properties President and Chief Executive Officer Tim Callahan.
The magazine included a "Most Admired" list for real estate companies for the first time in 2001.
