Broderick moves up from chief accounting officer to chief financial officer. He joined Malan in 1991. Warnke moves up from director of property management to vice president of leasing, property management and construction. He joined Malan in 1997 as director of property management. Zoltowski drops the "assistant" from her title, becoming property manager. She joined Malan in 1980 as insurance coordinator.

Malan Realty Investors, Inc. owns and manages 64 retail properties in nine states with approximately 5.9 million sf of gross leasable area.
