Construction has begun on the first of the two 200,000-sf buildings, which are located next to the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. University Park was developed in 1983 as a 27-acre office, technology and biomedical complex. The complex also includes a 212-room hotel, restaurants, residential units and retail.
