The leases cover about 15% of the 725,000-sf shopping center at 151st Street and LaGrange Road. When HSA Commercial bought the shopping center in 1998, it was nearly vacant.

The leases include:

* Stein Mart, a clothing retailer, which took 36,569 sf.

* K&G Men's Co., a men's clothing retailer, which signed a lease for 36,511 sf. Dave Keady assisted Blum while Jim Sakanich of CB Richard Ellis represented K&G Men's Co.* Old Navy, which signed on for 28,041 sf.

* Jared's Jewelers signed a lease for 6,000 sf. Baum Realty represented Jared's Jewelers.

* 2nd Swing, inc., a golf equipment retailer, agreed to take 3,904 sf. Keady represented HSA Commercial. Bill Paul of Xsite Real Estate represented 2nd Swing.

* Dan Howard Maternity, a maternity wear retailer, agreed to take 812 sf.
