Williford Property Lands 286,000-SF Management Pact

HOUSTON-Williford Property has snagged another Simmons, Vedder property to manage. This time, the contract takes the Houston-based group to Atlanta, where it will oversee a 31-story, 286,000-sf office structure in the downtown.

HOUSTON-Fledgling company, Williford Property Group, has scored another deal with major client Simmons, Vedder and Co. This time, the pact takes Williford out of town.

The Houston-based company will be managing and leasing 34 Peachtree, a 31-story, 286,000-sf office building in downtown Atlanta. Built in 1961, the building is 90% occupied. Williford Property has worked with Simmons, Vedder through the due diligence portion of the sale, company president, Jeff Williford tells GlobeSt.com.

Williford also manages Simmons, Vedder’s Houston buildings, including The Reserve at Westchase, Enclave on the Lake, and the Reserve at Greens Crossing Phase 1 & 2. Williford also manages the largest office building in downtown Corpus Christi, One Shoreline Plaza, another Simmons, Vedder building. Williford will handle the leasing as well as the management at 34 Peachtree. In total, the two-year-old company manages 13 properties and 1.75-million sf, says Williford.
