Construction at the site is set to begin in May on the master-planned Britannia Corporate Center. When completed, the project will total 274,510 sf in six industrial buildings.

Individual buildings will be offered both for sale and lease. Orange County-based Master Development Corp. bought the property from CMK Corp., a Japanese circuit-board manufacturer.
