He notes "the top office broker in Orlando is Nan McCormick with CB Richard Ellis Inc. and one of the top industrial brokers is Susan Ruby with Cushman & Wakefield."

Livingston says the leasing end of the commercial real estate business attracts numerous women in metro Orlando, particularly for the career growth opportunities.
