ST. JOSEPH, MO-Mead Corporation has a net lease for the next 15 years for the 330,000-sf building sold by Butler Real Estate Inc. It was a build-to-suit for Mead.

The building was sold by Butler Real Estate Inc., which constructed the building for the Mead Corporation.

Monmouth Real Estate Investment Corporation is a publicly-owned real estate investment trust that specializes in net-leased industrial properties. The company has 24 industrial properties and one shopping center in the central, eastern and southern regions of the country.
