David L. Chuoke, James E. Foreman, John M. Talhelm and Stephen N. Montgomery have been named senior directors while Angus S. Hughes is now an associate director and Melissa Hayes, an assistant director.

Chuoke will head up the office's financial services group. While at Cushman & Wakefield, he has handled real estate dispositions in excess of $1.2 billion, of which $550 million had been office building sales. Foreman has more than 16 years of experience in selling and leasing industrial and industrial investment properties, and consistently ranks nationally among the firm's top industrial brokers.

Talhelm, previous president of the Houston Chapter of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors, works with unique site acquisitions and dispositions in the industrial market plus is an industrial leasing broker. Montgomery handles corporate real estate services as well as traditional transactions, which tally more than 10 million sf. Hughes is a local tenant representative and national and international corporate real estate consultant.
