Abbey Company Reaches 100% Occupancy On Two of Its Properties

SAN DIEGO-The Abbey Company, a Garden Grove-based commercial property owner and developer, announced that it has reached full capacity at its three-building, 26,978-sf Rancho Carmel Village Center in San Diego.

SAN DIEGO—A Garden Grove-based commercial property owner and developer, announced that it has reached 100% occupancy in its three-building, 26,978 sf Rancho Carmel Village Center in San Diego.

The Abbey Company also announced that it has reached full occupancy at its two-building, 120,578-sf Victoria Business Park in Long Beach. The properties are representative of the extensive mixed-asset portfolio owned and operated across California by the real estate organization.

“To attain this status, approximately 45,000 sf of office/industrial and retail/service facilities were absorbed by 13 business enterprises in a matter of months in two very competitive markets,” says Brett Albrecht, VP of asset management for Abbey.
