LA-based CB Richard Ellis will provide real estate advisory services for Boeing's Southwest, Midwest and Eastern US regions, while the Dallas-based Trammell Crow Co. works with the company's Northwest region. CB Richard Ellis staff will be placed in Boeing's Long Beach and St. Louis offices and Trammell Crow Co. staff will be situated in Boeing's Seattle office. Both companies will manage transactions for Boeing, as well as assist in day-to-day workflow management of tactical issues.
The Boeing Realty Corp. is a wholly owned subsidiary of The Boeing Co. In the last five years, Boeing Realty Corp. has brought to market more than 1,000 acres of mixed-use development. In addition, the company has developed more than seven million sf of commercial space.
