The property at 1105 Westlake is a an 11,280-sf industrial warehouse built in 1969 on 15,360 sf. Its sale price to CFP was listed at $2,230,375.

The property at 1207 Westlake is a 5,805-sf, wood-frame industrial warehouse with on .57 acres. CFP paid $6,900,224 for this property, which was built in 1919.
