Equity Renews 18,333-SF Lease at San Felipe Plaza

HOUSTON-Nippon Oil Exploration has renewed its corporate headquarters lease. The firm occupies 18,333 sf at the class-A San Felipe Plaza. Equity Office Properties owns the prestigious 959,000-sf building in the city's West Loop.

HOUSTON-Equity Office Properties Trust, the owner of more than 2.7 million sf of Houston properties, has secured an 18,333-sf lease renewal for the corporate headquarters of Nippon Oil Exploration USA Ltd. at San Felipe Plaza.

The 45-story, 959,000-sf, class-A office building is owned and managed by Equity Office. Equity broker Steve Crawford has represented his firm while James P. Bailey of Cushman and Wakefield Realty Corp. has acted on behalf of Nippon, an oil and gas exploration and production company.
