That move, coupled with the lease of the first floor to the Sisters of Charity of Leavenworth Health Systems, puts the building at about a 90% occupancy rate.
Also going on in the park is construction of a 100,000-sf office building being built by Community Amercia Credit Union. The developer of the park, Quadrangle Development Co., has also announced plans to construct a 60,000-sf office building in the park.
