Building owner Abe Moore, trustee, has been represented by John M. Talhelm of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. in the deal. Talhelm tells GlobeSt.com the building is a basic crane-served metal fabrication building with a state-of-the art painting system inside. According to Talhelm, Lone Star Equipment Services is a high-end commercial painting company that paints large trucks, buses and air ground equipment. Lone Star has done work for such trucking companies as Stewart & Stevenson, says Talhelm.
