The two facilities stand on a 3.3-acre parcel, located at 535-555 North Gilbert Ave. The buildings, which previously served as the regional headquarters for ConAgra Grocery Products Co., encompass a total of 37,000 sf.
Cypress will consolidate three facilities in Santa Fe Springs and one in Rialto on the Fullerton site. The buildings will be used for regional corporate offices, as well as the wholesale and distribution of fireworks.
David Knowlton of NAI Capital Commercial represented Cypress in the deal. Mike Merk and Steve Bryant of Grubb & Ellis represented ConAgra, which had owned the property.
