The two buildings encompass a total of 465,000 sf. They stand on a 22-acre parcel in the Jurapa Industrial Center, which is four miles east of the Ontario International Airport.
Completed last year, the facilities feature 30-ft ceilings, large truck yards, office facilities and surface parking. Menlo Logistics Inc. occupies the 300,000-sf site at 13611 Jurapa Ave., while Pulaski Furniture Corp. is the tenant at the 165,000-sf location at 13489 Jurapa Ave.
The buyer, Wilmington-based commercial real estate owner and manager, The Carson Companies, was represented in-house by Pat Hanrahan. L.J. Melody & Co. represented the seller, an investment partnership consisting of Western Realco and Cigna Insurance.
