The largest transaction was a 163,505-sf lease renewal for Genco Return Center at 981 Supreme Dr. in Bensenville. Barbera represented the building owner while Gerry Shear of Strategic Realty Advisors represented Genco, a warehouse and return center for Kmart.

Also in the Bensenville Industrial Park, Barbera represented the building owner of 601 Supreme Dr. in a 106,692-sf lease with Essential Freight Illinois, Inc. Barbera represented the owner of 651 Supreme Dr. and Boise Cascade, which renewed a least for 58,746 sf. And Barbera represented the owner of 659 Supreme Dr. in a lease of 13,585 sf by Shaw Industries, Inc. in the 85,326-sf building.

Barbera represented building owner AMB Property Corp. and Triangle Engineered Products Co., which renewed a lease of 58,230 sf at 701-07 Maple Lane in Bensenville.

In neighboring Itasca, Barbera represented the owner of 1141 Bryn Mawr Ave. in a lease of 45,566 sf to AIT World Wide Logistics, Inc. And in Chicago, Barbera represented the owner of 802 W. Irving Park Rd. and Discount Trophy, which renewed a lease of 18,786 sf.
