Prior to joining ALY, MacKay worked for S.J. Amoroso Construction, Inc., where he served as scheduling/project manager on Disney's new California Adventure theme park. His background includes serving as a scheduler and document control supervisor for Pacific Engineering, where he was responsible for developing and maintaining detailed project schedules, and as engineer and document control supervisor for Raytheon Engineers and Constructors. In all, MacKay was worked in the construction business for more than 11 years.
