Encin Real Estate Corp., with Monica Clark as president, bought the building. The seller was 2515 CDRS Associates LLC., managed 2515 CDRS Management LLC.
The building was built in 1976 and renovated in 1999. It currently is 95% leased to 37 tenants.
Tim Winslow and Richard Gonor of BRE Commercial/NAI represented the principals in the deal.
