The fourth phase of a $19.5 million time-share project, the Aviara Four Seasons Resort Club on Blue Heron Place in Carlsbad, is scheduled for completion this summer. The project consists of a 23,000-sf administrative building and seven three-story time-share villas totaling 90,000 sf, for a grand total of 113,000 sf.
Each Spanish Coloniel-style villa has a full kitchen, high ceilings, living room with fireplace, dining area, two bedrooms and a private balcony. Aviara FSRC Associates is the owner of the project.
Springline Associates is the construction manager and Roel Construction Co. is the general contractor.
Meanwhile, Roel Construction continues buildingthe Welk Resort Group's new $33-millionVillas on the Greens time-share project. The first phase is 65% complete and includes three new villa buildings and one refurbished building.
The second phase, which just got under way, consists of two new villa buildings and a recreation center with three swimming pools, an outdoor spa, game room, and other features. Ultimately, the project at 8860 Lawrence Welk Dr. in Escondido will provide a total of 21 new buildings, with 146 time shares.
