The company has moved out of three floors at the Southwest Bank Building. In a series of sell-offs, mergers and the eventual acquisition of Metamor Worldwide by PSINet, the company has seriously reduced the size of its Houston operations. PSINet Consulting Solutions is a publicly traded high-tech consulting firm and subsidiary of commercial Internet service provider PSINet. The company provides clients with expertise in such technologies as data warehousing, high tech recruiting, software engineering and other services. PSINet Consulting Solutions also owns a large part of Xpedior, a web development firm.
Stephen N. Montgomery, Angus S. Hughes and Roderick L. Bailey of Cushman & Wakefield of Texas Inc. has represented PSINet Consulting Solutions in the negotiations. The building owner is 4849 Greenville Partners.
