The CB Richard Ellis brokers will have expanded access to PropertyFirst's for-sale and for-lease systems to market their properties and unlimited use of PropertyFirst's services to create online, customized property marketing packages. In addition, the brokers will be able to use PropertyFirst's lead-generation tools, which identify and connect sellers with buyers and landlords with tenants. Previously, CBRE had utilized and paid for PropertyFirst services on a per-property, per-use basis, according to Cary Brazeman, spokesperson form PropertyFirst.

In exchange, all CB Richard Ellis properties that are for sale or lease will be listed in the PropertyFirst.com marketplace, which currently includes more than 11,500 properties for sale and 13,700 spaces for lease.
