Dunkin Named Regional Chairman of Appraisal Institute

BALTIMORE, MD-Terry R. Dunkin of Colliers Pinkard, a real estate based management firm with offices here, will serve as chair of the Appraisal Institute's mid-Atlantic region. He heads Colliers Pinkard's appraisal group.

BALTIMORE, MD-Terry R. Dunkin of Colliers Pinkard, a real estate based management firm with offices here, has been elected the regional chairman of Appraisal Institute’s mid-Atlantic region. Last year Dunkin served on the institute’s national board of directors. Each of the Institute’s 10 regions elects three directors to serve three-year terms, and one of the three directors is selected to serve as regional chairman.

Dunkin, who has been with Colliers Pinkard for more than 17 years, heads the firm’s appraisal group. He began his career at Colliers Pinkard in 1983 and was elected an officer and assistant vice president in 1985. In 1987, he was promoted to vice president, and in 1997, became a principal of the company.
