The company, which sells standard-inch and metric industrial fasteners to other distributors, will move from 5800 Turnberry Dr. in nearby Hanover Park.
The building will include 78,500 sf of warehouse space, 1,500 sf of office space, eight exterior docks and a 32-foot clear height. Expansion to twice the building's initial size is possible.
Mike Sedjo of CB Richard Ellis, Inc. is representing Kanebridge. Project manager Richard Driber will supervise construction. Steve Hautzinger of HKM Architects is providing architectural services.
