Built on a 6.7 acre site, and project is located at 13075 Evening Creek Dr.. Configured in a horseshoe shape, the project consists of five three-story buildings, offering amenities such as sitting rooms in the common areas, swimming pools, putting greens, a hair salon, a restaurant and activity rooms.
The facility offers three levels of care to residents: independent living, assisted living, and dementia care. Each building accommodates residents in one of the three areas of care.
Koll Construction is familiar with the special construction and design requirements for a fully operational and successful project, having previously built more than four million sf of assisted living facilities. Total construction of the project took 13 months at a cost of $13 million. The facility opened for business this past Saturday.
