The average rental rate is $15 per sf. The property sits in the1960/Champions submarket in Northchase Office Park.

Also in Northchase Office Park, a 7,656-sf lease has been executed for 13700 Veterans Memorial. Tenant Accudata Systems Inc. also has been represented by Phillips. Veterans Memorial is a 67,825-sf building, constructed in 1982 and carrying an average rental rate of $14.50 per sf.
