Midtown Square would be demolished to make way for the mixed-use development that would include retail, office, restaurant, and residential or hotel space. The anchor would be a Home Depot Expo Design Center of about 100,000 sf. The project could also include up to 700 residences or hotel units. Pappas estimates the aggregate cost of the venture between $150 million and $250 million.
