Sutech Industries bought a 119,155-sf building on a 6.8-acre site at 700 Commerce. Stauber says the building was offered at $4.75 million and sold "for somewhat lower than that."

Import Logistics, Inc. bought a 70,000-sf foot build-to-suit on Commons Drive. The company is expanding and relocating from another building in the industrial park when the $4.4-million building is completed later this summer, Stauber says.
