The Bonita Apartments, a 10-unit building located at 1080 Bonita St. in Tustin, went to Davidson Trust of Corona del Mar for $739,000. Brokers Ken Morgan and Jay Skenderian of Morgan Skenderian represented the buyer, and Guy Torelli of Torelli Realty in Newport Beach represented the seller, Robert Hernandez of Anaheim Hills.
Morgan and Skendarian also represented the buyer in the sale of the College Palms Apartments, a 26-unit complex located at 2321-2357 Commonwealth Ave. in Fullerton, for $1.85 million. Torelli also represented the seller, the Chen Family of Orange, in this transaction.
Lastly, Morgan and Skendarian represented the seller of the 16-unit Matterhorn Apartments to 14010 Yukon Avenue LP of Los Angeles for $1 million. Located at 219 W. Midway Dr., the property was sold by Matterhorn Enterprises of Newport Beach. Jorge Medina of Tropical Realty in Hawthorne represented the buyer in the transaction.
