Lincoln Distribution Center, located at 4901 and 4999 Industrial Way, is planned as an approximately 500,000-sf development. The project marks Lincoln Property's first foray into Solano County since the 1980s, according to sources with Colliers International.

BeBe, which signed a 12-year lease at an undisclosed rate, was represented by Brad Zampa with Michael O'Connor & Company. The clothing company will use the leased space as a distribution center for receiving, storing and shipping of clothing products and administration.

Several other prospective tenants are negotiating to lease the remaining 96,000 sf within Phase I of the distribution center, according to a Colliers source. Phase II, located adjacent to Phase I, will break ground this spring, says the source.
