FCL built the shell of the structure. The building will offer approximately 14,976 sf of office space and 89,134 sf of warehouse space. Steve Podolsky of Podolsky North Star Realty Partners LLC brokered the deal. Project manager Christian Evangelista and site superintendent Ray Norkiewicz are overseeing construction of the build-out. Cornerstone Architects, Ltd. is providing architectural services.
