Myrtle Street is located in the Highway 280-University Avenue area, which makes it easily accessible for its board of directors as well as the many volunteers that work with the Singers. Linda Zelm of Exeter Realty Company in St. Paulrepresented the tenant and Sandy Jacobs represented the property owner, Update Co.
The singers, who plan to move into their new building April 1, are exiting abuilding at 119 N. Fourth St. in Minneapolis.
