Dale Warland Singers Move HQ to St. Paul

ST. PAUL, MN-The group will lease 2,730 sf near Hwy. 280 and University Avenue. It will use the space for administrative staff and workspace for volunteers as well as house its music library and extensive archives there.

ST. PAUL, MN-The Dale Warland Singers recently moved its headquarters to a building at 2300 Myrtle St. here. The group, which is leasing 2,730 sf, will use the space for its administrative staff and workspace for volunteers as well as house its music library and extensive archives there.

Myrtle Street is located in the Highway 280-University Avenue area, which makes it easily accessible for its board of directors as well as the many volunteers that work with the Singers. Linda Zelm of Exeter Realty Company in St. Paulrepresented the tenant and Sandy Jacobs represented the property owner, Update Co.
